ELLA K is a French niche fragrance house from Paris, founded in 2018 by Givaudan perfumer Sonia Constant. Every scent tells of a place she has travelled to herself – Lettre de Pushkar of the holy lakeside town in Rajasthan.

Lettre de Pushkar smells of spices and roses – sweet, spicy and oriental. Saffron, nutmeg and cinnamon open warm, rose, orange blossom and cypriol meet in the heart, before patchouli, vetiver, vanilla and musk lay down a dense, sweet base.

Lettre de Pushkar is at its best in autumn and winter and suits the evening. This unisex scent feels lush and sensual – a fragrance that takes up space.

What makes Lettre de Pushkar special to us is the feeling behind it: Sonia Constant wanted to capture the sensory overload that, for her, is inseparable from India – roses on the lakeshore, chanting at sunset, spices in the air. It is one of the first five scents ELLA K launched with.
