SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form an essential part of every contract concluded by Snud Concept Store OG, Josefstädter Straße 50, 1080 Vienna, Austria, company register number FN 616134f (hereinafter "Snud") for sales, deliveries and offers of products from our store or online shop.
Our offers are generally directed at consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Any general terms and conditions of customers do not apply unless Snud has expressly agreed to them in writing.

The language of the contract is German. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
In store A purchase contract is concluded in store when the product selected by the customer is handed over after payment.
Online shop The products shown in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer but a non-binding catalogue.
An order can only be placed once all required fields have been completed. The ordering process is completed by clicking the order button at the end of checkout ("Pay now"), whereby the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude the contract. Snud confirms receipt of the order electronically. Snud accepts the contract separately, at the latest within 14 days of the order, usually by dispatching the goods.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added to the prices and are shown to the customer before the order is completed.
In store, products must be paid for immediately, in cash or by card. In the online shop, the payment methods shown during checkout are available. Any transaction or exchange fees are borne by the customer.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Snud delivers within Austria, to the European Union countries offered at checkout and to Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times per country are listed in our shipping policy. Online orders can also be picked up free of charge in our store.
We usually ship on the next working day after receipt of payment. Delivery times are non-binding estimates from our shipping partners.
Deliveries to Switzerland are exports from the EU. Any import duties, customs fees and Swiss VAT are charged by the Swiss authorities and must be paid by the recipient on delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
Consumers may withdraw from a contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal (e.g. by email to hello@snud.at) before the period expires.
The goods must be returned without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, to Snud Concept Store OG, Josefstädter Straße 50, 1080 Vienna, Austria, or dropped off in our store. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Snud will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not before the goods have been received, using the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (such as opened perfumes or care products), or to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary. For sealed products such as diffusers, home fragrances and scented candles, removing the seal goes beyond the handling necessary to examine the goods. If the goods can no longer be sold as new as a result, the loss in value may be deducted up to the full purchase price.

RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of Snud until the purchase price has been paid in full.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The statutory warranty and liability provisions apply.
Product images in the online shop may not always match the appearance of the delivered products, in particular where the manufacturer has changed the appearance. Warranty rights are excluded where such changes are minor, do not affect the agreed or customarily expected properties and are therefore reasonable for the customer.
Claims for damages exist under the statutory conditions. The same applies to claims under the Product Liability Act. All instructions on packaging and enclosures must be observed. No liability is accepted for use or handling that deviates from them.
APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Austrian substantive law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in another country, the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of that country's law remains unaffected. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is determined by § 14 KSchG.
