BIBBI was founded by Stina “Bibbi” Seger, a Swedish-born designer who turned her nickname into the brand name. Every scent grows out of stories and dreamlike encounters she experiences while meditating – she describes BIBBI as a canvas for expressing the intangible. The company behind the brand, BIBBI PARFUM AB, is based in Kalmar, Sweden.

The first thing you notice is the blue: a deep, vivid blue runs through bottle, box and the brand's entire visual world. Each scent comes with its own short tale, Bibbi's “meditation experience” – from the invisible Ghosts of Tom to a vanished piano prodigy in 18th-century Vienna. All scents are unisex, vegan and cruelty-free; BIBBI combines artisanal perfumery with modern technology and uses upcycled ingredients in Santal Beauty.

Every bottle invites you to drift briefly into a strange, slightly surreal world. That one of these stories is set right here in Vienna makes us particularly happy.
