French Cowboy – Haute parfumerie with a cowboy spirit
French Cowboy is a young Parisian perfume house founded by Ashley Santiago and Adrien Ollat. The name pays tribute to Ashley's Mexican grandfather, who rode as a cowboy across America, and to Adrien's French roots. At SNUD in Vienna-Josefstadt you can smell and try the fragrances and take samples home with you.
What makes French Cowboy special to us?
We love the joie de vivre in every bottle. The fragrances smell of stories – of pear and meringue, of fig lemonade, of mezcal and chocolate – and they wear playful and confident at the same time. You can sense how much fun went into each composition, and that joy carries over the moment you wear them.

A perfumer and a man from finance
Ashley is a Californian with Mexican roots, trained at Givaudan's perfumery school under Calice Becker and the youngest perfumer at Givaudan's Paris office. Adrien is French and came from the world of finance. Their shared goal: haute parfumerie with real craftsmanship, open to a new generation and fairly priced.
All the fragrances at SNUD were composed by Ashley Santiago, all as Eau de Parfum.
Every scent with a voice
Every French Cowboy scent is created together with a voice from culture, dance or food – Pear Pavlova, for example, with Allie Goodbun, a dancer at a famous Paris cabaret. Ashley composes the fragrances with high-quality ingredients and at high concentration, so they are powerful and last on the skin.
Pear Pavlova is fruity and creamy, Fig Lemonade citrusy, green and fresh, Mezcal Chocolat gourmand, sweet and spicy, Vanilla for Breakfast sweet, gourmand and creamy.
