Bath Salt Rising Heart is Saint Charles' yoga bath – and one for all the senses. On a base of sea salt with organic jojoba oil, bergamot, mandarin, orange and grapefruit open bright and sunny before vanilla rounds the scent off, soft and warm.
The salt cleanses gently, and the jojoba oil leaves skin supple. Two or three tablespoons into running water, twenty to thirty minutes at 38 to 40 °C – that is all it takes.
