Antoine Maisondieu
Antoine Maisondieu was born in Grasse into a family of perfumers – yet he first studied law and art history. It took an internship at Givaudan to draw him into fragrance, and the internship turned into a job there. That's where classics like Armani Code and Burberry Brit were born; in the niche world he has worked a lot with Etat Libre d'Orange, on Fat Electrician among others. He describes his approach as instinctive: a strong idea turned into a direct, memorable composition – just like Nice Bergamote or Santal Calling.
