Spiritus Sancti – Scented Candle

Trudon – the Parisian house whose story began in 1643 as a candle maker. To this day, its candles are made in Trudon's own workshop in Normandy.
Spiritus Sancti smells of incense. Aldehydes and incense vapours open bright and sacred, lily of the valley sits at the heart, before benzoin resin and labdanum lay a warm, resinous base. Trudon describes splinters of crimson, gold and olibanum, the scent of altar candles and the nave of a cathedral where choir and holy scents rise.
Spiritus Sancti suits autumn and winter and quiet evenings – for anyone who loves incense.
What makes Spiritus Sancti special for us is its link to Trudon's history: a house that has made candles since 1643 – churches included – translates exactly that atmosphere into scent.
