Cumin and sugar – feel their sharp edges as you let them trickle through your fingers. Ice-cold ginger, then turmeric, soft as clay, malleable.

Sticky caramel, a playful counterweight to tart, juicy rhubarb and tangy kumquat, rinsed with salt water.
Is MOSAIC ambiguous? Hardly.
