Oil Pulling Oil is a tried-and-tested recipe from the Saint Charles pharmacy for a morning oil-pulling ritual. Its base is cold-pressed sesame, coconut and black cumin oil, joined by a blend of essential oils based on the Four Thieves recipe – with lemon, peppermint, clove, Ceylon cinnamon, rosemary and eucalyptus.
All ingredients come from certified organic farming, and the oil is vegan. It is pressed by a regional partner, so transport routes stay short.

What does the Oil Pulling Oil smell and taste like?
Fresh and spicy – peppermint and lemon up front, clove and cinnamon behind them, carried by mild sesame and coconut oil.
How do I use the Oil Pulling Oil?
Every morning or evening before brushing your teeth, take one tablespoon of oil into your mouth, pull it through your teeth for 5 to 10 minutes, then spit it out – do not swallow.
How should I store it?
Cool, away from light and tightly closed – in a pantry or the fridge, for example.
