Christian Danner cultivates the iris rhizomes on Bavarian fields, biologist Marcel Flemming refines them into extract and butter – and master perfumer Antoine Lie works them into a concentration he himself calls unprecedented. Iris Altesse is the brightest, most floral fragrance of the Selection 2026.

Iris Altesse smells fresh, green, and powdery. Bergamot, pink pepper, and cassis open sparkling and slightly fruity, before jasmine sambac, orange blossom, and tuberose intertwine at the heart into a lush white floral bouquet. Bavarian iris pallida – at 2.6% of the perfume oil – settles over it like a mineral, powdery veil, warm and cool at once, before patchouli grounds the base.
