Andrea Maack – Icelandic niche perfumery from the visual artist of the same name, who has been bringing art, fashion and fragrance together since her first scent exhibition in 2010.

Solstice is juicy, bright and summery – a Nordic summer day that refuses to end. Watermelon and a clear marine accord open fresh and watery, jasmine, violet and lily of the valley bloom at the heart, before Ambermore and Sinfonide lay down a soft, warm base.

Solstice is at its best in spring and summer and by day – at the beach, on the terrace, on long light evenings. Gender-neutral and a light, radiant signature scent for the warm season.

Watermelon is a tricky note – it easily turns artificial. Julien Rasquinet makes it the central raw material and keeps it so clear with flowers and sea air that Solstice smells of sun on skin, not of bubblegum. To us, one of the loveliest summer scents in our range.
